Natural fun. Zero plastic.

Meet CocoBall, the plastic-free coconut fiber dog ball. Hand-woven from 100% coconut husk—no dyes, no additives. A safe, satisfying dog toy that gently helps reduce surface plaque while your pup plays.

Why dogs (and their humans) love CocoBall

  • 🦷 Gently cleans teeth — coarse natural fibers can help reduce surface plaque
  • 🚫 Zero plastic, zero toxins — no BPA, phthalates, or colorants; plant-based fibers are generally well tolerated
  • 🧘 Stress-busting play — dense weave satisfies chewing instincts; light, natural bounce fights boredom
  • 🌍 Planet-positive — crafted from reclaimed coconut husk and biodegradable

Which size is right?

  • S (~7 cm / 2.75”) — Best for small–medium dogs 5–12 kg (11–26 lb) with gentle to moderate jaws (Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Toy & Mini Poodle, Dachshund, Cavalier King Charles, Mini Schnauzer, Beagle).
  • M (~8 cm / 3.15”) — For medium–large dogs 15–25 kg (33–55 lb) or medium breeds with broader jaws (Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Standard Poodle, French Bulldog).
  • L (~9 cm / 3.54”) — For large breeds 25 kg+ (55 lb+) (Labrador, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Husky, Doberman, Boxer).

Between sizes? Size up for safety and better grip.

⚠️ Not for power-chewers: if your dog shreds rubber in minutes, CocoBall isn’t the right fit. Best for gentle to moderate chewers.

Safety & Care

Choose the correct size and supervise the first sessions so your dog adjusts to the natural texture. CocoBall is a toy, not a treat. Small fibers may shed and are generally well tolerated if swallowed in tiny amounts. Because it’s 100% coconut fiber, gradual fraying is normal—replace when heavily worn, misshapen, or if larger pieces begin to detach.

What is CocoBall made of?

CocoBall is made from 100% coconut fiber (coconut husk) tightly woven into a ball. There are no additives, glues, colorants, BPA, or phthalates—just natural fiber with a slightly rough texture dogs enjoy chewing. The feel is firm yet forgiving, which makes it engaging to gnaw without being harsh on gums.

Is it safe if my dog swallows a few fibers?

Small amounts of coconut fiber are generally well tolerated by most dogs and pass naturally. CocoBall is a toy, not a treat, so supervision is important—especially during the first sessions while your dog learns the texture. If you notice excessive ingestion, remove the toy and choose a different option. Always consult your vet if you have concerns.

Is CocoBall suitable for power-chewers or bull-type breeds?

CocoBall is designed for gentle to moderate chewers. If your dog destroys rubber toys in minutes or has an exceptionally powerful bite, this isn’t the right fit. For these dogs, choose a heavy-duty chew specifically made for power-chewers. When in doubt, monitor closely and retire the toy at the first sign of heavy fraying.

Does CocoBall help clean teeth?

Yes—its natural fibers can act like a soft brush, helping reduce surface plaque as your dog chews and rolls the ball with their teeth. It’s a supportive habit, not a replacement for brushing or professional dental care. Pair CocoBall play with your regular dental routine for best results.

Which size should I choose?

Which size should I choose?
Pick a size larger than your dog’s mouth opening:

S (~5 cm): toy breeds (e.g., Pomeranian, Maltese)
M (~7 cm): small/medium (e.g., Beagle, Cocker Spaniel)
L (~9 cm): medium/large (e.g., Labrador, German Shepherd)

If your dog is between sizes, size up for safety and better grip.

Is it good for puppies or senior dogs?

For puppies, the texture can be soothing during teething, and the light weight makes short, supervised sessions easy. Senior dogs often appreciate the gentler mouthfeel versus hard plastic. Limit play to comfortable, short sessions and supervise to avoid over-chewing.

What about allergies or sensitive stomachs?

CocoBall contains no plastic, rubber, or dyes—great for households avoiding these materials. Coconut fiber is plant-based and generally well tolerated; however, if your dog is known to have sensitivities to plant fibers or new textures, introduce gradually and monitor.

Does CocoBall smell or shed?

It has a mild, natural plant scent—no chemical or rubber odor. Some surface fibers may shed, especially at the beginning or with enthusiastic chewing. Shedding is normal for natural materials; simply tidy up loose strands and continue to supervise use.

How durable is it compared with rubber or plastic balls?

CocoBall is durable for gentle/moderate chewers but will wear faster than solid rubber built for power-chewing. Its purpose is natural play and light chewing, not indestructibility. Expect gradual fraying over time—this is how you’ll know it’s working and when to replace.

When should I replace it?

Retire the ball when it becomes heavily frayed, loses its spherical shape, or pieces start detaching more than occasional fibers. Frequency depends on your dog’s intensity—some households replace every few weeks; lighter chewers may get much longer.

Is it biodegradable or compostable?

Yes—CocoBall is made from coconut husk, a plant fiber that naturally breaks down over time. When it’s too worn to play, you can dispose of it in general waste or compost where facilities and local rules allow. Remove any non-fiber packaging before composting.
